BUT does this mean I will have a big hole on the backside of the diff? or is there something I can put on the backside to make it look a little prettier like baby girl blue eyes on the front? Am I missing anything else? How much should I be looking at if im doing it on a tight. If it were me, I'd be looking for a frame and suspension components in a junkyard to replace yours. You are willing to go thru all this trouble to run 35" tires and convert it to 2wd. I know I shouldnt blame Pro Crap(Comp) but I think the height of the Pro Comp Subframe and the lack of bracing it has is the reason it bent sideways.
If you dont plan on running 4wd why even bother wasting the used blue wave boat time and money on a SFA swap anyway? Just find a used transfer case and get a 6" lift. They wouldnt even idle it away from the stunt site, they would tow it. Thanks for those of you guys who have gotten this far. front end parts you broke, and I dont know about pro-comps warranty, but see if they will replace your lift, you never know With the exception of maybe the frame and transfer case, everything is something that an average joe with a decent understanding of their truck and a good amount of tools can accomplish in their driveway. However I have never felt that the Pro Comp lift on the Hoe would let me down.

For the amount of money you are going to throw at your Tahoe to pull this off go buy a new t-case, get a 6" IFS lift, and run 35" tires and have 4x4, it will be cheaper in the end and capable.
